Measured by the grid in ProCAD.

If I scan in a say 300mm ruler, save as a Drawfile, and drop that into DW,
it is exactly correct on the grid, ie actual size. Not so with ProCAD.

If I'm copying a PCB, say, smaller than A4 paper size, it's easier to work
in real sizes rather than scale things up or down.
