I only have 29 tabs open at present, all in Firefox windows (6 different ones), and one of those is the youtube tab I opened just now to check on Cyraik's videos, which is getting closed again. For me the main reason to do this is to keep track of _where I am_ in various websites - which SCP number I'm on, which page of Twig I stopped at, where I am on Captain Awkward or the Pervocracy, for some examples. Secondary would be to remind me to keep up with some video series, like Vsauce or Where the Bears Are, or shows, like Trevor Noah's. (The Flash is back again on CW, and I'm gonna have to follow it there now because Hulu went paid-subscribers-only, bah.) And one tab's for whichever webcomic I'm currently catching up (in reverse) on.
