Do you like the quirk that it reports on virtually everything you do to 
Redmond?  Yes a lot can be turned off - but not all of it.

The deepest privacy settings can only be turned off if you purchase the 
Enterprise version of W10.

It's really horrible and should be avoided at all costs.
