Agreed, but if you had a Forth chip, and wanted to sell it to 
a wide audience, then Python might make it look more attractive, 
and then you'd be doing the os/system code in Forth, not C.

Yes, "Build one to throw away", especially if it's worth it. Also, 
your toy might be my inspirational start point.
