So, will we see a proposal from you that proposes S"-INT, S"-COMP, and
removes '/[']/POSTPONE/[COMPILE] S", and likewise for TO, IS, and
ACTION-OF? If we keep STATE, one might also add a way to let
programmers specify that a word cannot be used with
'/[']/POSTPONE/[COMPILE].
