More, he is a crackpot.  And from your postings follows that so are you.

/Argumentum ad ignorantiam/.  That dark matter has not been detected yet 
(with significant certainty, but see [1]) does not mean that it does not 
exist.  Those who doubt the existence of dark matter first have to come up 
with at least a self-consistent theory (preferably, it would be consistent 
with at least some other theory – say, general relativity) that explains 
gravitational lensing caused by something between galaxies where nothing is 
shining *and* the data is not consistent with black holes. [2]
