It's bug 939590 (<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=939590>) 
reported for SeaMonkey. That was 12 years ago! It's also related to bug 
368915 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=368915> reported 19 
years ago and closed 10 years ago.
