Unter Superkompensation versteht man ein grundlegendes Modell der
Trainingslehre, bei dem der Körper nach einer Belastung nicht nur das
ursprüngliche Leistungsniveau wiederherstellt, sondern dieses in der
Erholungsphase temporär übertrifft, um für künftige Reize besser
gewappnet zu sein! Man kann das praktisch in 4 Phasen
aufdröseln: intensiver Trainingsreiz, Erholung,
Superkompensation, der Körper geht sozusagen
auf „Nummer sicher“ und passt sich über das
vorherige Ausgangsniveau hinaus an, und
falls ein erneuter Trainingsreiz in
der Phase der Superkompensation
ausbleibt, fällt das Leistungsniveau
wieder auf den ursprünglichen Zustand zurück!
Mit anderen Worten: Der ideale Zeitpunkt für das nächste
Training liegt genau am Höhepunkt der Superkompensation – eigentlich
