1. Secure-Boot deaktivieren und nochmal probieren. Wenn das hilft:

gibt aber sicher auch Seiten ohne Paywall wo das erklärt wird).
2. Ist dein USB-Stick sowohl UEFI- als auch CSM-bootfähig? Sollte bei 
den Win- und den meisten Linux-Sticks und auch Ventoy der Fall sein.
