There is no is no need to distinguish one path. Two paths are
distinguished from each other by any one of the infinitely many
nodes that one of the two path contains and the other pne does
not contain. Two paths are also distinguished by any one of the
infinitely many sheaves that contain one of the two paths but
not the other one.

Hard to understand what is not presented. Or, if you mean what you
called a "proof" although it isn't, the main thing to understand
is that it is not a proof.
