A twitter clone? Sadly it seems to be at least their unofficial charter. The UI has some issues that perhaps wouldn't exist if it didn't try to mimick twitter, and this besides the short character limit per post, which basically forces people to do "multiposts" even for short stuff, and even complicates usage of hashtags.
