So this morning I again checked the event viewer and the secure boot 
update still is failing.  So I went back to the HP site and checked 
again for a new BIOS.  It reports I am on the latest version, nothing to 
see here.

Do you think they are trying to address this issue across HP computers, 
or are we all gonna be screwed one morning?
