Prüfe erst mal, ob auf deinem Desktop eine *Verknüpfung* zu
%programfiles%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe liegt oder aber eine *ausführbare
Datei* namens firefox.exe. Der Firefox-Updater hat in der jüngsten
Vergangenheit nämlich auf dem Desktop keine Verknüpfung angelegt, sondern
einfach eine .exe dorthin geklatscht. Bei mir passierte das zwar nur mit 145.0
und 146.0, nicht jedoch mit 146.0.1. Aber vielleicht liegt bei dir ja noch die
Firefox.exe vom letzten Update auf dem Desktop.

Wenn letzteres der Fall ist, könnte das die Fehlermeldung erklären: auf dem
Desktop sollte normalerweise nichts Ausführbares liegen und daher kann die
Ausführung von Dateien auf dem Desktop normalerweise problemlos mittels
AppLocker unterbunden werden.
