There is an AdBlock Icon app listed in the Extensions, along with the AdBock Engine. I can get rid of the offending icon by binning the AdBock.app in the Applications folder, But that stops it working. "Show Dock Icon" adds an icon to the Dock, but does nothing to the overlay on the applications icon in the dock. It is that that I want rid of. It is obtrusive and unsightly. The menu bar icon is greyed out, But the icon in the Safari toolbar is active. Why do they have to make things so ******** complicated these days?
