Then you put the same name on a credit card sized /index card/, and put the index card in the drawer that has the same first letter as the name you put on the envelope in the first place. This is called /library magick/, and has typically not been used since the 1970s, so I've added alt.magick to the conversation. For further reference, please consult your nearest non-computer indexed physical library. Finding one in 2026 is the purview of alt.magick.
