If you're looking for ramen in Vancouver, you won't have to look very hard.

On The Coast food columnist Gail Johnson says new restaurants serving the Japanese noodle
soup are opening up practically every week.

Unfortunately it also means more & more restaurants of other types are closing. eg it's
getting pretty hard to find a decent Italian-style resto in Vancouver unless you go high-
end.

I figure the ramen craze will die out around the same time all the Millennial guys decide
to shave their beards off. Which will mean far less people walking around town with
sloppy soup stuck to their faces.
