Just saw a GRC arrest a Caucasian man around 50 grey short hair wearing a black t-shirt and cuff him and lead him out of the library. First time I have ever seen a man get arrested at the library.

At the bus loop subsequently I saw two Mounties interviewing a man surrounded by two empty Old Milwaukee cans. Today at the library a man with red eyes and a red shirt and red pants introdouced me to him as Josepth. He showed a VPL library card which makes me think he is Vancouver chapter. Saw various ppl in the area with red shoes and one smiling goof took my picture on a cell phone on KGB blvd.
