Halting Arp observed two quasars to be travelling in opposite directions away from a galaxy, each going about 1/9c.
His conclusion and mine is that Quasar-pairs are born and grow within galaxies until they achieve a certain trigger-size and then shoot each other away

GR math in strong gravitational fields is very complex, but yes it does
produce precession when the axis of the accretion disk is not aligned with
the rotational axis of the black hole. Nobody denies that.

Also note that the angle is relatively small. Nothing is getting all
retarded and doing a full 360 degree precession like in all your
non-models.
