GR math in strong gravitational fields is very complex, but yes it does
produce precession when the axis of the accretion disk is not aligned with
the rotational axis of the black hole. Nobody denies that.

Also note that the angle is relatively small. Nothing is getting all
retarded and doing a full 360 degree precession like in all your
non-models.
