Sam, This just tells you how much water is in the air. It doesn't tell you anything about it being gaseous or not. Sorry to burst your bubble.

The "advanced equipment" means 2 thermometers, a small reservoir of water a small textile sleeve keeping one of thermometers wet psychrometric tables. ( for James - not psychometric ) -- Poutnik ( the Czech word for a wanderer ) Knowledge makes great men humble, but small men arrogant.
