Nothing is nothing.
“Substance “ in your view is Matter , whole or pieces.
What is not matter as WE recognize it- DM, DE- is substance at a different level. There is substance at some level filling everything.
Nothing is nothing.

DM IS matter.

Unsupported claim.

Nobody said anything about nothing. We were talking about whether a vacuum
is filled with a material substance or not.

YOU are the one saying that if a vacuum has no substance in it, then it
must be nothing. Which is not true. Existence is not tied to material
substance.

This is true, Boinker. There are those who have long said Aether is
MATERIAL substance. Logically there is no need for such an assumption.
What IS logical is that space either IS or is FILLED with SOMETHING
which gives that region it's properties. To say there are properties
with nothing to create those properties is babbling nonsense. The
question of whether that something IS space or FILLS space is an
interesting one, because the latter means that a "true vacuum" might be
created which has no properties, does not transmit light etc.

As to aether and matter, there is a TOE which surmises that Matter
(protons etc) are actually bits of "frozen" aether. In other words the
theory is that aether like water can be a wispy vapor (like cold steam)
or without energy "freezes" into solid bits which we call protons etc.
that assemble into what we call matter.

This is enough advanced science for today, Boinker. I'll allow you to
return to your science religion and ignore all thoughts that might be
heresy.

Fails in what way? Conflict with experiment? Or conflict with your
unsubstantiated beliefs?

What EVIDENCE — experimental EVIDENCE — do you have that vacuum is filled
with matter?

Not beliefs. EVIDENCE.

No you don't. You think what your spinny thing OCD and fractal universe
OCD tell you to think.

Someone who thought for themselves would respond to comments and
criticism and "fix" the problems or come up with something new.

Instead, what I see here is you posting something involving retarded
precessing spinny things, it gets shot down, you post something about a
fractal universe, it gets shot down, you post something involving retarded
precessing spinny things with the SAME problems as before, so it gets shot
down again, you post something about a fractal universe with the SAME
problems as before, so it gets shot down, repeat, repeat, repeat.
No thinking involved, just reposting the same crap, reworded somewhat
each time it gets shot down.

Irregular heartbeat, Heart murmurs, Fatigue,

The near-simultaneous observation of gravitational waves (GW170817) by
LIGO and a gamma ray burst (GRB170817A) by Fermi LAT from a binary
neutron star merger constrains the speed of gravity to very, very close
to the speed of light.

it means that the experiment is not accurate enough ??!!!

The Earth appears to carry its gravity field with it around the
Sun at its orbital speed...

Gravity moves through gravity below light speed.
