eyes who have never attempted a complete frame-off rotisserie-type 
restoration, have no idea what they're getting themselves into... as 
evidenced by the number of uncompleted "project cars" om eBay.  My 
philosophy is to buy the best car you can reasonably afford, because 
it'll cost more to bring a lesser one up to the same standard.
