Plutonium Atom State Park, to become a National Park, near Vermillion South Dakota

South Dakota has quite a few National Parks, and quite a few State Parks, such as Spirit Mound and Newton Woods (Forest). 

But, now, I am offering for free to the state of South Dakota, and eventually USA, the Plutonium Atom Park, in commemoration of science and science achievement. 

A Park in which a review of ideas can be physically touched and seen. 

The Park will consist of three pieces of property, land, all in Meckling South Dakota. 
The three parcels of land comprise about 10 acres in total. 

All three have buildings on them. 

1) The feature of one property is geothermal energy, where a building is 10-20 degrees F. cooler in summer and warmer by that amount in winter, from outside temperature. The reason being is that heat flow to and from the concrete slab and the underground water. Mind you, this heating and air conditioning is natural, without any electricity running anything. 

2) The feature of the second property is a Artesian Well that flows 24-7 all year round and forms a pond. So the feature of this property is ECOLOGY, a ranger of the park will lecture on ecology, organic food making, and just plain simple Mother Nature, for the property has oaks, rare elms, and many fruit trees. A key subject missed in school education is Ecology, and this park aims to be a "teaching National Park". Teaching geothermal and teaching Ecology 

3) The third property, all in walking distance from the other two, is my house, where much of the Atom Totality Theory was discovered and written. So my house will be a walk through and a Ranger lecture on the idea, that the Universe is a single atom of Plutonium. 

I offer these to the State of South Dakota, and let them legalize it into a State Park, and then with time, have the Plutonium Atom State Park become a USA National Park. 

The greatest science on Earth, since Democritus of Ancient Greek Athens gave us the Atomic Theory, the greatest science since Democritus, has taken place, much of it in South Dakota, and as such, should serve as a teaching guide, tool to future generations. 

In a sense, this post is the starting of my "will and last testament" for these three properties I speak of.

Doubtful, you aren't that great, Archie. And it also means, of course, 
that it isn't a legal document. This is just fake stuff like Bert's M&M 
and other senile fantasies.

I suggest the name Plutonium Kook Park to keep it more honest.

Anyway, it's not a national park if you give it to the state you senile 
old coot, an why whould they want properties that aren't even connected?

As much as politicians like free stuff I bet they turn you down or 
better accept the properties and then sell them and keep the money. 
Yeah. that would be a decent legacy!

First Archie thinks that posting his babble to Usenet is "writing a
book", and now he thinks posting on Usenet is making a will?

Fail.

Get a lawyer and make a real will.  Not that it matters, South Dakota
will almost certainly sell the property as surplus if they somehow wind
up with it, or just reject the bequest. Assuming Archie actually makes
a real will, of course.  Otherwise it will follow SD's intestate laws
and likely wind up with his closest relatives, whoever they may be.
