First Archie thinks that posting his babble to Usenet is "writing a book", and now he thinks posting on Usenet is making a will? Fail. Get a lawyer and make a real will. Not that it matters, South Dakota will almost certainly sell the property as surplus if they somehow wind up with it, or just reject the bequest. Assuming Archie actually makes a real will, of course. Otherwise it will follow SD's intestate laws and likely wind up with his closest relatives, whoever they may be.
