So much for your kooky "signals from the moon" nutjob theories.
Bet you got that one from Trebert.

Nope, here is a non-government reference kook.

Larry Baysinger was but one of many individuals who monitored the
Apollo missions kook.

IF you are going to do science, Chimp, one starts by being honest and
not lying about facts. You lie through your teeth when the proof of it
is right in the article you reference!

QST is searching for other listeners but have found none.

"An unanswered question in this story is whether there were other lunar
eavesdropping projects conducted by Amateur Radio operators. "

So don't you think it is very interesting that this guy managed to hear
the Apollo conversations on government frequencies on some homebrew
(That's ham talk, chimp) Kluge when the rest of those space
communications to distant places all needed gigantic high gain dishes to
even begin to hear any signals. So just how did he know that what he
picked up was coming from the moon? Did he use his superpowers like you
do? How did he know it wasn't fake or a hoax. It wasn't even repeatable
as he never did it again.

I think this is in the same class as Yoko Ono once having sex with Hillary.

Didn't notice it is an old story or bother to read the footnotes, did
you kook?

He wasn't the only one, just one of very few Hams that did it.

There is nothing special about "government frequencies".

The antenna needed to hear a transmitter on the Moon is a lot smaller
than the antenna needed to hear echos from the Earth to the Moon and
back to the Earth and Hams are doing that on a daily basis.

While the required antenna is not "gigantic" it is highly directional
and would only work when pointed directly at the Moon.

Your constant babble about "superpowers" is kook babble.

Numerous other people around the world did it with several of the Apollo
missions, so the event is repeatable.

Here's a group of individuals that monitored both the VHF and S band
comms of Apollo 17 kook:

Sure, so many that QST couldn't find any!

Idiot.

They don't do it at S band.

Directional means high gain which means gigantic, drooler.

> Your constant babble about "superpowers" is kook babble.

So how do you know these things then? Magic? Obviously not from science.

Article says nobody bothered with other missions.

Note that VHF signals were NOT from the moon but from orbit. Big honking
deal. Also note the 9meter dish used to get signals from the moon was
hardly ham gear! It was radio astronomy gear. Sure you can trust
astronomers to tell the truth. They say they've never even seen UFOs!

You still have no proof signals they picked up were from the moon and
not also fake! You got nuttin.

Didn't read the foot notes, did you kook.

Moron.

All the frequencies for the Apollo missions were published in CQ magazine
with the intent of getting hams to try to monitor the missions kook.

They don't do what at S band kook.

The statemant I made is frequency independant kook.

I guess something on the order of 10 feet must be gigantic to you kook.

Know what things kook?

No, it does not, and in fact in the foot notes references Apollo 17.

Here's a link to a list of about 100 hams that do Moon bounce communications
on a regular basis kook.

You did not bother to read the whole article and the footnotes kook.

It is impossible to fake signals from the Moon over the entire Earth.

Here's some more for you:

BTW, if individual hobbyists could monitor Apollo comms, how difficult
would it be for a government, such as the USSR or the PRC, to monitor
the whole thing and denounce it as a fake it were so kook?

You mean how important would it be to make sure "moon signals" were
faked and easy enough to pick up that other countries would do so and be
fooled by the hoax? Remember the Hoax wasn't about fooling AMERICANS but
fooling the USSR!

And the kook forgets that it took very directional antennas to receive
the signals from the Moon and that they only received signals when the
antennas pointed at the Moon.

It is impossible to fake the postion of the Moon.

That article says nothing about where the Chicom rover landed. It
may have landed somewhere where no Apollo landing was made.

Are you applying the same skepticism and threshold of proof to the
Chicom lander as you're brining to the Apollo landings?

That World News Daily Report has all sorts of silly articles on it.
"Rocket launched in space by Nazis in 1944 expected to hit the USA
next week," and "Ruins of 19th Century snow fort discovered in
Northern Canada," and "7-year old girl receives breast implants for
Christmas," should be give-aways to the nature of the Web site.

If you think that the site is still credible then you should look at it's "About Us" page <http://worldnewsdailyreport.com/disclaimer_/>

Their "Legal Notice" starts out saying, "Information contained in
this World News Daily Report website is for information and
entertainment purposes only."

If that's not enough of a clue then they make sure that the readers
gets the joke by saying, "WNDR assumes however all responsibility
for the satirical nature of its articles and for the fictional
nature of their content. All characters appearing in the articles
in this website – even those based on real people – are entirely
fictional and any resemblance between them and any persons, living,
dead, or undead is purely a miracle."

I'll spell it out, you're citing an article from a fake news Web
site.
