The antenna needed to hear a transmitter on the Moon is a lot smaller than the antenna needed to hear echos from the Earth to the Moon and back to the Earth and Hams are doing that on a daily basis. While the required antenna is not "gigantic" it is highly directional and would only work when pointed directly at the Moon. Your constant babble about "superpowers" is kook babble. Numerous other people around the world did it with several of the Apollo missions, so the event is repeatable.
