So what?

A plot of meaningless data is still meaningless.

A more meaningful plot would be your number of copyright violations
on a monthly basis.

The max human population clusters around 45N that has an avg temp
of ~17C (or maybe ~18C in C21).

It's also found at least in Europe that the minimum death rate
occurs ~17C.

[W]ith the publication of Marvel et al (2015) (and also 
Shindell (2014)), the reason for the outlier results in Otto et al and 
similar papers has become much clearer. And once those reasons are taken 
into account, those results no longer look like such outliers - reaffirming 
the previous consensus and reinforcing the idea that there really is a best 
estimate for the sensitivity around 3?C.

It might even finally be safe to say that it seems to indicate that every new year breaks a new record, globally.  We can say that in the last 50 years this is a noticeable trend. 
My question would be, if this is true, is the warming of the planet good or bad?

That depends on what kind of death rate and equilibrium population level
you wish to tolerate.

Look at the population distribution by latitude. It trails off
pretty sharpish +-20 deg from the peak.

According to BYU's table of lat by temp 15 deg == ~3C in avg temp.

A 3C change according to Huyen et al (below) might be responsible
for an ~40% increase in death rate from respiratory problems
(if +3C) or ~15% (if -3C).
