Well, let me reiterate what I believe: I believe that, for the most part, the government (which consists of people) tells the truth. I believe that there have been exceptions to that where the government has either withheld information or provided information that was incorrect. I believe the former outweighs the latter. I do not believe that misinformation or lack of disclosure by the government is any more prevalent than it is in any group of people. This is my position, clearly articulated so that you will not represent it. Now, John Sefton, I ask you: What is your position on how much the government withholds information or provides misinformation, compared to any other group of people? The CIA is a small arm of the government. Are you saying that the rest of the government behaves like the CIA? Or are you declaring that the CIA is actually much bigger than is advertised and in fact permeates the ENTIRE government. By the way, the German SS does not exist anymore. You may also be interested to know that the only KGB that exists anymore is in the tiny secessionist Republic of South Ossetia, which declared independence from the Republic of Georgia.
