Well, let me reiterate what I believe:
I believe that, for the most part, the government (which consists of 
people) tells the truth. I believe that there have been exceptions to 
that where the government has either withheld information or provided 
information that was incorrect. I believe the former outweighs the 
latter. I do not believe that misinformation or lack of disclosure by 
the government is any more prevalent than it is in any group of people. 
This is my position, clearly articulated so that you will not represent it.

Now, John Sefton, I ask you: What is your position on how much the 
government withholds information or provides misinformation, compared to 
any other group of people? And can you back up this position?
