Showing that gravitational waves also affect light beams, generating problems in LIGO’s detectors 

Abstract 

This paper points out that gravitational waves affect wavelengths of light, an effect neglected in LIGO’s experiments. Ignoring this effect leads to some fatal mistakes, causing LIGO’s designers to develop an experiment that doesn’t work. According to general relativity, gravitational waves affect spatial distance, so it simultaneously affects wavelengths of light. Considering this fact, the phase differences of the laser beams propagating inside the arms of Michelson’s interferometers, are invariable, while gravitational waves pass through them. Therefore, it was impossible for LIGO to detect gravitational waves using Michelson’s interferometers. Meanwhile, it is proven that the speed of light is not constant when affected by gravitational waves. Due to this, some signal matching calculations made by the LIGO team can be wrong. In fact, in the history of physics, Michelson and Morley tried to find the absolute motion of the earth by using Michelson’s interferometers, ultimately, completely failing. This experiment’s failure led to the birth of Einstein’s special relativity. As the basic principles of LIGO’s detectors and Michelson-Morley’s experiment are the same, LIGO’s system cannot detect gravitational waves and are also destined to fail.

The answer of LIGO team is:
“A gravitational wave does stretch and squeeze the
wavelength of the light in the arms. But the
interference pattern doesn't come about because of
the difference between the length of the arm and the
wavelength of the light. Instead it's caused by the
  different arrival time of the light wave's "crests and
troughs" from one arm with the arrival time of the
light that traveled in the other arm. To get how this
works, it is also important to know that gravitational
waves do NOT change the speed of light."

The answer is very confusing, showing that they aware of
the problem but are "rolling" to escape from it. The sentences
“But the interference pattern doesn't come about because of the 
difference between the length of the arm and the wavelength
of the light”  makes no sense.

In other words, the authors are saying here that the LIGO team did 
respond to the question, but these authors did not understand the 
answer, and so the answer is rejected. Moreover, these authors are 
claiming that providing such an answer that they don't understand means 
the LIGO team is being evasive and trying to not answer the question.

In other other words, "I asked you a question, and you provided an 
answer I don't get, therefore you are wrong."

The billions of dollars have already been spent. It's in the detector 
facility. They don't have more billions of dollars laying around to

LIGO was built for only $450,000,000 that means every penny is accounted for.Its no wonder it can't seperate a gravity wave from a big truck on a smooth road.
