Kid, I find it very hard to find replies to my post when you make so many changes to them so once again. Why shouldn't I be allowed to present evidence of malice and a total lack of good faith in a Malicious Prosecution lawsuit when that evidence classifies as the "Probable Cause" itself and it helps prove that both Judge Brinn and John Kinser knew they were helping prosecute me maliciously when they brought charges against me? And do not forget since day one I wanted to prove that the probable cause was reckless and all I get are false assumptions about the probable cause that are inconsistent with the fact the probable cause was used to completely impeach all three of the State's witnesses with prior inconsistent statements. <G> What you fail to see is that I was up against a world of lies told by Duane Thompson just like people are up against a world of lies told by the media where 9/11/01 is concerned.
