It's not just blacks, it's males too, the poor and crazy.
Profiling is bad, just as giving away needles is bad,
but it's better than the alternative ( dead cops, dead junkies ).

We search for the LeastBad option, hold our noses, and go for it.

From WikiPedia:

  four police officers [...] were fatally shot at
  the Forza ( now Blue Steele ) Coffee shop [...] near Tacoma.

  A gunman, later identified as Maurice Clemmons,
  entered the coffee shop, shot the officers who were working
  on laptops to prepare for their shifts, and fled the scene.

  Prior to his involvement in the shooting, Clemmons
  had at least five felony convictions in Arkansas and
  at least eight felony charges in Washington.

  His first incarceration began in 1989, at age 17.

  Facing sentences totaling 108 years in prison,
  the burglary sentences were reduced in 2000 by Governor of
  Arkansas Mike Huckabee to 47 years, which made him
  immediately eligible for parole.

  The Arkansas Parole Board unanimously moved to release him in 2000.

  Clemmons was subsequently arrested on other charges
  and was jailed several times. In the months prior to
  the Parkland shooting, he was in jail on charges of

  ASSAULTING A POLICE OFFICER AND RAPING A CHILD .

  One week prior to the Parkland shooting, he was released
  from jail after posting a $150,000 bail bond.

Note: Maurice Clemmons isn't a 90 year old Japanese lady.

No need for that, I think.

They promote premises that are useful to their tribe;
compared to this, truthiness simply doesn't matter.

Steve looks for humility in you two, Michael and Fabian,
knowing he won't find it; he gets off on it, somehow.

If we are going to do that, will you at least be consistent and accept
profiling in affirmative action? If you are going to assume color
represents danger the it also represents lack of opportunity and we
should balance that with quotas.

Personally I reject both.

Why is it the least bad option?

LOL! Could be.

Agreed.

They may be biased... but he has yet to show it. He did ask me to help
him show it, though, as he spewed his insults and accusations.

Carroll seeks to demonize me and blame me for all of his troubles,

You insult him to you absolve yourself, proving my point.

Perfection is the enemy of the LeastBad.
Dead Cops and Dead Junkies are one thing;
"equal outcomes", regardless of talent, Soviet style, is another.

When the BrownEyed do it, in North Korea and Nepal, SovietTards say it's wrong;
when BlueEyed Norway does it, SovietTards say it's the greatest.

Because neither "they" ( the best schools ) nor you,
have come up with anything less bad ( e.g. CryptoCurrency grading ).

They're BlueEyed SovietTards, no BrownEyes need apply;
they project their (subconscious) racism onto others.

Like Steve, I feel no need to prove this to anyone;
likewise, I feel no need to debate FlatEarthers.

I noted facts about him. I also own my mistakes. When he nit picked some
wording of mine, for example, I owned my error.

To me they are the same: if you are going to judge by color than be
consistent. I reject doing so.

I mean merely what Carroll quoted: using grades and the like. Anyone can
have a bad day, and a great student can be a poor tester (and a poor
student a great tester).

I happen to be a very good tester... but I know that does not mean I am
better qualified than some poor testers.

I have no issue with you not supporting your views... just do not expect
me to agree with unsupported views. I am very much tied to evidence and
support, science and data.
