This pessimist am I not. Never say never, unless you are pretty sure. > Besides, we should focus on making life good here, forget space. No, you contradict yourself. What we need is to go back to Moon, and land this time softly, and build bases (under surface of Moon). Or, take over the Alien (or Ancient human) Bases already existent over there. The data I have strongly indicates that inhabitable bases already are existent on Moon. Anyhow, the Chinese are going to take the Moon over pretty soon, like it or not.

Each of us has their own challenges. I could've been in a wheelchair, too. But I figured some stuff out that actually works. Unlike Stephen

Well, 'bad guys' could be racists as well. Actually the term 'race' is inappropriate to characterise human features. The word stems from agriculture and activities like horse breeding. What we usually call 'race' are similarities in bodily features, that large ethnically related groups have in common. E.g. Europeans, Russians, Caucasians have relatively light skin, while Africans have darker skin. So we call Europeans 'white' and speak of a 'White Race'. This is definitely not true, since the skin is more like a brownish pink. TH

Boy, I sure hope not- not because I'm a racist- but because I believe in hybrid vigor. I believe that the more pure breeds we have- the more definitive our life and meaning will be.

You know that "breeding pure" just means that both alleles at any one spot on the double-stranded chromosome are the same, do you not? They could both code for HVACism, and then what? A SECOND pox on our world!! Hybrid vigor is the first cross of two purebreds. This means that any nasty recessive doubles will likely be split up, and there will be a good allele at that locus.

I always wondered, whether or not the things he 'speaks' actually come from his own brain. Alternative possibility: he is actually 'remote controlled' and his voice synthesiser 'speaks', what was written in hidden offices by 'bad guys'/aliens/government/whoknows. Possibly he is only a puppet and gets driven around in his wheel chair, if bad guys need to announce ------------ 100% correct you are. Hawking is little more than a puppet these days and actually had been for more than a decade. Brilliant mind that has been let down by his body. Also most truly innovative people lose their fast ball at age 30. Why this is is a great question. I think it's because of the sublimation of creativity due to exposure to 'normal' thinking patterns. And it's not just physics and other hard sciences that show this. Take a look/listen to great music and bands. You don't see much innovation from those over 30. Just ask all the under 30's here.... Oh wait. There aren't any

Note HVAC is retired. No great ideas there. Not even factual ideas.
