Changing the size and color of most everything is hard because
JavaScipt OverRides some settings ( "Display" and "Position" ).  

If something looks wrong, on some random page, 
I'll either write some CSS for it
or I'll just open it in Chrome, sans my "userContent.CSS".

settings of it's children, not JavaScript.

For some odd reason, I have to use #1 ( or #2 )
when I want "Position: Static" for:

The DOM Inspector says it's " Position: Static;  Top: 0 ";
