Although everyone reading this will shriek. It is in keeping with science, progress, and LEAST ENERGY in stopping a war. Let me call it Biological Dampener. And, the NK actually used a chemical version of this on a NK living in Malaysia, a brother of the leader. Only this is a biological. It can be administer from Manchuria or from a border, a river, possibly a drone, only make the drone be disguised as NK built. A biological that would put NK mostly in the hospital. So that they would be spending their energy on getting well, rather than building nuclear. Or, even less energy-- put it into some cargo going to NK. Give them a biological that would take them 20 years to figure out. Now in WW1 we had some of the worst biologicals-- the Spanish flu. I do not know why Spain was given that ugly moniker. But anyway, most everyone thinks the Spanish flu was a Natural occurrence just tagging along with conditions of war. But I tend to suspect that the Spanish flu was aided by some organization, where they had the biologicals and tried to sway the war effort. Now, this solution for NK, reminds me of my youth when in Grade School we had this awful ugly bully, that made school almost unbearable, and then one day, the bully got sick and was out for the year. So this solution reminds me of my past, that bad behavior tends to usher in health problems and then the bad behavior goes away. So, maybe, the solution to NK is not military, not hardware, but biological, the health of NK, so that they spend more time on getting back healthy, then in trying to blow up the world. AP
