Don’t make the ocean too azure blue, lest it seem too much like Earth. Don’t ever use the color green, which hints at vegetation.
“We try to avoid anything that might imply there is life,” Mr. Pyle says.

So the artists added oceans to their illustrations, which are posted on NASA websites and republished in newspapers and magazines world-wide.

“We are one step closer to the science fiction we all grew up on,” says Mr. Delgado.

That's strange...I didn't grow up on "science fiction". Did yous guys grow up on science fiction????

It's best to keep your children away from reading science fiction, give them pot instead.

Then, when they grow up instead of searching for water they will be searching for grass.

I always wondered Why NASA's illustrations didn't have trees...

God forbid that they "imply there is life"...

"So the artists added oceans to their illustrations, which are posted on NASA websites and republished in newspapers and magazines world-wide."

Oh, it has oceans, that means there is no life.

So, NASA has a Rule:
Don’t ever use the color green, which hints at vegetation.

IT'S TIME TO DROP THAT STUPID FUCKING RULE AND ADD SOME FUCKING TREES!!!

stupid motherfuckers

they got water in their brains...

So, NASA has a Rule:
"Don’t ever use the color green, which hints at vegetation."

What other rules does NASA have? No trains, boats or planes??

How about a girl????

When you sell a car, you put a girl in front of a car...sex sells!

Can they not put a chick on those stupid fuckin picture??

Is that suppose to 'imply' something???

i tink i saw a movie wit a whole bunch of girls on mars..wit za za
gaarbore

no ugly aliens, just pretty chicks.

Come on NASA, I want to see some PUSSY up there!

No Black Holes with soft hair on it...

Green may hint at chlorophyll, but the evolution of plants to use the
red (low energy) end of the spectrum, and reflect the green, seems to
have been because their ancestors lived in the sea below other
photosynthetic life (now extinct) that absorbed the green (high energy)
end of the spectrum.

So there's nothing about "green" that really says "life" any more than
red does, or even black.

Sylvia.

Red, too hot

Blue, too cold

Green...just right.

Know your colors...

Those have nothing to do with the relationship between photon energy and
colour.

This might be a little differcult for you to understand..

but Colors have no relationship to photon energy.

Actually, Colors have nothing to do with ...physics.

If you understand just ...Colors, then you can throw away your physics and math books.

So lets start understanding the universe with just Colors...

As you already know from my teachings...there is no other planet in the universe whose surface is the color blue, only earth.

There is only Red, Green and Blue. The spectrum is irrevelant. All the Colors in between ...don't matter.

Now, lets start with the beginning of the universe..What came first, the color Red, Green or Blue?

In other words, when the universe was first created it started out with only one Color, What was the one Color?

I'll give you a hint, you only have three choices, red, green, or blue...

Here is the hint. You already know about red shift...it's shifting from the other colors.

Get the hint? Get the hint? Get the hint?

But if the light is red to begin with.......what color does it shift to ??

Of course...the question nobody asks (or dares to ask, or is forbidden
to ask) is...

"Where does the DNA gets it's ...instructions?"

if you are a little dna, you probably have no idea what becomes of your
intructions or
where the instructions comd from.

a little dna is too close to the trees to see the forest..

No. Black is black.

Wow. Someone who can make starmaker's posts look rational.

Of *course* they have nothing to do with photon energy. This is about
evoking desired perceptions.
