From official local records from Prague Klementinum in Czech Republic in Central Europe, keeping the measurement serie for 230 years since 1775: 2015 was the warmest year for the whole period. 2014 was the 2nd warmest year for the whole period. Certainly 2015 has registered the warmest at 9.7C on average for the 12 m of the year, but No 2 spot is 1974 at 8.1C. At that time the annual avg value was around 1700 ppb. Levels have risen more or less steadily at about 4 ppb each year since. At the end of 2014 they had reached 1860 ppb. From the modern CH4 record we can determine for each ppb the global avg temp has risen around .003C +- 10% at 90% confidence.
