As far as is known all magnetic forces are due to currents. Try learning 
some science, Odd.

Go read a textbook and understand it for a change. You might learn about 
Gauss's law. It's a fundamental part of electromagnetics. And why do you 
insist on obscuring the meaning by insisting on the differential form 
when we are talking about the integral form. I never saw any human so 
determined to stay ignorant and confuse as many people about him as he 
could with a bunch of babbling nonsense. You truly are a fool just as
