That is not an experiment. Go down to the nearest large hospital and ask to see their PET scanner. It works because of the fact that certain isotopes such as Na-22 have a proton decaying into a neutron, a positron and a neutrino. The annihilation gammas from the positron pinpoint where in the body that particular atom is (was).
