No, John. You do not get to redefine what antimatter is.

Antimatter is defined as something where all the properties that can be
opposite _are_ the opposite.  In particular, things like charge. For
example, an anti-electron (positron) has a + charge, the opposite of
the electron. An antiproton has a negative charge, etc.

A spin-up vs. spin-down electron just has ONE property opposite.
Things like charge etc. remain the same, so a spin-down electron
is NOT the antimatter version of a spin-up electron.
