I'd suggest you get that checked out by a doctor. Could be a tumor 
pressing against the auditory nerve. Could be organic brain disease. 
Could be you entering the final, rapidly declining, terminal phase of 
your ko0ky meltdown. An expert could tell which with reasonable certainty.

where your own words from your past are haunting you and proving you to
