Peter, it's good that you read the charter, and that you understand what 
moderation means.

I think what's unreasonable now is your expectation that a rejection of 
content to a moderated forum should come with a COMPELLING RATIONALE for 
that rejection. You are not owed that by moderators. Nor is there 
anything in the charter that sets the expectation that you'll be 
provided that.

The same is true in the real world, where if you submit something to the 
newspaper or to a magazine publisher, you may not even get an 
acknowledgement of receipt, let alone a rationale for rejection of the 
submission.
