There are signs, that a so called 'Hutchison effect' was used to destroy

Mr. Hutchison has - apparently - presented his results to large military 
contractors and national agencies (US and Canada).

To prevent these results to 'leak' to Germany, his lab got destroyed (by 
'Canadian officials').

So we could reduce the circle of search to 'Canadian officials' (plus US 
military contractors and agencies), since those had knowledge about his 
effect, while others had not.

If so, the Americans should ask those 'Canadian officials', whether or 
not they had something to do with 9/11.
