You have it backwards.  It is the soles of shoes that continuously cause 
friction, and thereby static electricity (separation of charges) in the 
first place.  It is the insulating rubber that prevents immediate electric 
discharge (balancing of charges), so the static electricity builds up (in 
the body).  It is the non-insulating hand that allows electrical discharge, 
the flow of electrons from the animals and door knobs to your body because

Not by you.  You *denied* that one would “get a lot more electron into "your 
system"” by getting “zapped touching animals and door knobs” (under said 
conditions).  Because you replied to that claim: “you can’t, wearing your 
thick insulator shoes” and blathered something about “same potential” (which 
is the opposite of what is happening: if the potential were the same, there 
would not be a build-up of static electricity *with* rubber 
shoes; *insulating* rubber shoes are used *in the laboratory*, for a quite 
*different* purpose – you are confusing the facts).

So yes, you *can*, and you were *wrong*.  It is possible (though unlikely, 
given your history here) that you denied the claim because you did not 
understand what was being claimed (I have already told you that you have an 
abysmally low understanding of English and physics), but that does not make 
your denial disappear.

What a cretin. I meant the phenomenon posed as original. And yes, no 
electron pass from Ground into your body by wearing insulator shoes (all 
shoes nowadays are insulators). Even touching 10kV DC or the 220 V AC (by 
one hand)
