Begin to move and you have an opposite appearance around you and an opposite weight. For example accelerating onto the freeway you experience both opposite weight and motion appearance around that shrinks into the distance as size does. The Earth rotation causes the opposite appearance of it moving across the sky. Rolling rotation has no relative. You can have your own motion. Mitchell Raemsch

Getting on the freeway I feel opposite weight in addition to this backward motion. That appearance shrinks into the distance. I saw a mountain most further away and it didn't appear to move in short time but it was backward. This is objective relative motion that Einstein overlooked. The Earth turns and for us the sky moves around opposite of its rotation direction. The Earth rotates East to West and the Sun rises West sets in the East. Mitchell Raemsch

The second object is at the centre of rotation. Apply f = ω^2 * r * m where f is the force on the first object, ω is the angular velocity, r is the distance between the two objects, and m is the mass of the first object.
