Time isn't a dimension. The hypersphere is.
Its job is to close and expand the universe.
Time is order.

the 3'rd dimension... It can sync itself up with it.

Not sure if we can even begin to imagine the 4'th dimension. Its not 
time because time exists in all dimensions...

Time isn't everywhere. The hypersphere came first and is not of time.
Time does not precede everything. The absolute beginning shows how.

I have a feeling there was no "absolute beginning". Its the great 
chicken and egg problem. ;^)

One can think of something that was always there, and will never pass 
away. Some think of it as the one God, but whatever...

You can tap your fingers together to keep time. Time exists in every 
dimension. I do not think that time is the 4'th dimension.
