I note that you are criticising Einstein's theory from the book:
  Albert Einstein. Relativity: The Special and General Theory.

This book is a popular book for non scientists,
it is no scientific work. It is full of simplifications which
in some cases are strictly wrong.
It is meaningless to criticise his theories on basis of this book.
 From the preface:

But if you really want to learn Einstein's theories, there are
a number of modern books which are much better than Einstein's
original works.

In either case, you must learn Einstein's theories before you
can criticise them. Reading a popular book won't do.
