And your moronic mumble won't change it. |What do you mean, "yes". If you are saying that the statement |"a massive object will never cross the horizon" is FALSE |(which is what I've been saying since day one), then why are |you arguing this point? Because by "yes" I meant: yes, if you're a distant, then, according to your shit, for you, a massive object will never cross the horizon. What, of course, makes your shit inconsistent. > |statement. Wikipedia is unfortunately full of careless statements > |bordering on false like this one, they neglect to say this claim > |is a _function of a particular man-made convention for gathering data_ > > They don't have to. Every statement of every theory has the property. |Yes, but this is a trivial statement. So, why did you emphasize, that the one we're talking about has it too? |in fact slows down to zero in the limit. The single word "appear" that |they use is very easy to overlook. :) Really pathetic. As expected from a relativistic moron. Appears to slow down. Not appears taking infinite time. But, why won't you tell me, what is your alternative? Can a distant observer, like you, determine, how much time it takes for an object to cross the horizon? Or estimate it?
