What he's written is a purely kinematic relationship, without any involvement of dynamics (forces or interactions or whatever) at all. It is in fact nothing more than a Taylor expansion of the position function, and so involves nothing more than high school differential calculus. The fact that you do not know ANY of this, which is all basic and core material for anyone even getting started with physics, should be an indication to you that you don't know ANYTHING about what you're talking about.
