This is a co-moving hyperplane with an angle of 90° to the axis of time. So, if we 'move' in time along our local axis of time, we have certain numbers to denote position and call them 'GMT-time' (for instance). But this does not help very much if a second in FoR A is not equal to a second in FoR B. In the view of a Minkowski diagram it is perfectly possibly to lay the axis of time in an angle. And this angle represents velocity. Since time is local, the absolute velocity of that FoR is ignored and the axis of time normalised as local vertical upon the horizontal hyperplane of the local present. So we could fly together with a beam of light, what bring this light to a standstill and the hyperplane of the present into an angle. Since timelines could have an angle, we need to take care, that this transport does not distort the angle. So ideally we would like to push the axis of time sideways along the hyperplane of the present. Unfortunately we cannot communicate into that direction. Objects we see in space in remote locations are also belonging to a different hyperplane of the present, hence are also remote in time. To synchronise clocks with such a location would be a little twisted. But at least we could figure out, whether or not a remote planet with its respective inhabitants have a local axis of time parallel to ours. This would mean, a second for us is a second there, too. If not, the communication would be difficult and it would be extremely dangerous to have any kind of physical contact to such a world.
